March 13, 2018 Close Rikers: Brooklyn House of Detention Town Hall This Thursday, March 15, 2018 Belarusian Church - 401 Atlantic Avenue (at Bond Street) 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM Please try to attend this important event for our extended neighborhood to gain more understanding and have questions answered around the proposed plans leading up to closing Rikers.
